very busy. somewhat overexposed. notice how the large areas of whites are all blank? that can't be fixed in photoshop -- expose the shot so there's tone in the highlights then move the midtone around in photoshop.

Shades of "Ocean's 11". Clever title. Tough lightting scenario, might benefit from a little liighter mid tone, but maybe not -- it carries the menace.

Nice picture -- wordy title. It looks like you've adjusted the exposure for the background, not the subject: a touch more density inthe midrange would give the car a nice solid feel, it's a little washed out as-is. Highlights are over-exposed.
