I would have given this at least a 9 if the image wasn't over-processed. There's a halo around everything in the foreground. Yes, sharpening makes things stand out in images, but this is a case of abusing a tool. I really like the composition and I wish you hadn't gone that far with the tools.

This is a brillaint image but I think the post-processing has ruined it. I don't know if you were trying to get details from areas where it didn't exist or you went a little overboard. If not for the post-processing flaws, I would have given it at least a 9. To me this is photography as a form of art. The whole image has a nice flow and balance to it and it's beautiful. Pity that an image like this has halos and all.

Been is Ireland for 5 yrs now and haven't seen that yet. I love your idea. Foreground is perfect for me but I do have a few issues with the background. I think a complete washed out white background would make this image a classic. What I am trying to say is that the background is a bit distracting. I think a retake with a different background would be worthwhile. Bottom line is it's a great image and I love it.

Really cool. I am not sure if you really need the bottom part of the image (is it a beach?)
This is well thought out and nicely done. I will score this really. If it was my own image, I would increase the contrast a bit - just a personal choice that is)

I know that some people on the site have never seen that sort of warnings and some people might think you made it up. As someone who's subjected to these warnings everyday, I find it well suited for the challenge. I like the idea. But I think the objects in the image look too clean to make the full impact.
