Oh, man, this is spectacular in many ways. Love the birds. Love the silhouette. Love the foreground boards. Love the orange sky. Don't like the slight washout about the person. Love how the sign?? keeps the frame together on the left. Love the sailboats.

Very nicely composed. I see what you mean about "life", though, as the vibrance and pop seems to be missing. Keep working at it :) Close up filters are very very very narrow on depth of field.

Any fill from the front at all? The usual "ceiling bounce" shadows under the eyes are very nicely filled. Is it just because she's looking up? The catchlight indicates maybe there was some ambient light behind you?? No glare on the glass - good job.

I'm just chasing technique here. This is well done. Looking up to a bounce ceiling is a nice trick.
