Does not meet challenge - that's a tiger, not a lion.

Just kidding! Nice shot, good position of the eyes, and good focus. A good animal portrait. needs a little more contrast in the shadows and maybe a little more color saturation 7

Well, the horizon is there, but it's not the subject. I'm not punishing for not meeting the challenge; I don't really do that anyway. It's a good shot, but somehow the colors don't work for me. 7
