I like the image... very nice textures. I agree with some of the comments that it might look better in black and white, maybe some dodging a burning to give it a "grittier" look, but then again, that's just my opinion and may not be the "look" you were going for.

I agree with the other comments, the composition could be helped by having the little girl looking at what is in her hands... this would help better convey a sense of "play". As it stands, the image itself could be helped with a better crop. By cropping out the bow and "wheelhouse" of the "ship", more focus would be placed on your subject. Since the girl and the "wheelhouse" dominate the image, they are both competing for the viewers attention. Also try playing around with levels to add more "pop" to the image.

The more I look at this image, the more I like it. It goes to show that these boots belong to someone who definitely should be wearing steel toes! The cracked concrete background really adds to the "gritty" feeling of the image. Well done.

You know, sometimes I get tired of "flower" pictures, but I think this one is very well done. The DOF is perfect and the lighting is spot on. I think you made an excellent choice with the black background to really bring out the colors in the flower.

I really like the composition on this one. It's nice to see a minimalistic approach to a hot air balloon shot. The colors are very nice. A very slight bump in saturation on your blues might give it a little more punch, but that's very nitpicky and not really necessary.
