Sorry but the color treatment in this shot is, pardon me for saying so, horrible. The green looks awfully "neon" like and not natural at all. Usually when I color something in post processing, I use a seperate layer for that, go nuts like you did here and then bring the opacity down on that layer to mute the effects, it usually comes out much better. Put a 3 on it and at least thought I´d tell you why.

Gave it a 6, two things that kept me from going higher as I really like the lighting/texture on the buildings. Why did you include the lightpost there, it´s sticking out like a sore thumb? Secondly, the pink hue on the clouds draws my eye there, I would have wanted to see it with the sepia toning everywhere.

Sorry but this is just too dark/underexposed and poorly lit, guess you used the onboard flash for this one? Try opening up the aperture, up the iso, longer shutter, whatever it takes to get some more ambient lighting in this one.

I dig the soft lighting, I think I would have wanted to see it with the backround even more out of focus but still visibly a bridge.

Desert Horse & Rider

This one is very cool, I don´t really dig the very obviously fake vignetting, I often add it afterwards and I try to make it less subtle, not maybe for me to judge on how well I accomplish that. Also the very strong halo around the horse and rider is a bit too much. The colors, moment and composition all make up for that though so I gave it a 7, great shot.
