Well I don´t want to say the makeup is not well done but it is not really convincing either, if her shoulder is supposed to be an open wound it doesn´t really look like it. Also, not wanting to sound like a perv, I would have asked her to wear something that left her shoulders bare, the white top looks a bit out of place, the bare shoulders would have fitted more or something black, like a leather jacket or something.

Not really, it doesn´t have that 3-D look, if that is the idea you would have needed to show more of the surroundings and maybe a paw coming over the frame you made.
