I'm surprised this finished in the hundreds, too. The leading lines are really stunning, and the cool perspective and tilt are what give it the 'wow'-effect. Do you mind sharing the reason for you title, 'Jonas'?

Summer's End — Sunrise

I'd say this is bear_music's... feels slightly familliar :) Nice colours, good darkness/light balance. The boat would add much more to the athmosphere if it was wooden. 8.

Weird! Good capture of what you were given. I suppose this will do very well with the average voter. It does with me :) 10.

Great use of leading lines. The colour tones are cool - and surreal. The man and his reflection are the dot on the "i". 10. Going to favs.

Nice tribute to post processing :) I'd have preferred a narrower DOF on the middle mask. 8.

I like your approach to the challenge. A one-in-a-lifetime shot. The sheep looks like it wanted to say "Hug me." 8.

Cute title. You did a great job with colour contrast here. There's somthing strange about the image quality though. I don't know whether it's high ISO or bad resizing, but I guess it's just those awful JPEG artifarcts you get with those vibrant colours. 10. PS: Reminds me of my very first challenge entry :)

Do I understand your question then, is it hopeless and forlorn?

Really impressive. You captured a very "E.A. Poe"ish mood here. The lens flares add a touch of doubt to the question in the title. It is a quote, I guess? I'l have to come back to see where you got it from. 10. Going to favs.

Is this an IR photograph? I like how the tree seems to grab the sun. 7.
