Handsby MikeOComment: I personally would have like to see this in B&W.
I love the shot but the old hand is not old enough for me. |

Old and New Buildingsby SimonkasprzakComment: One of the better 'old building reflected in new building' shots but might suffer due to the high number of similar entries. |

The Winds of Timeby devboboComment: Love the contrasty look to this one, very Ansell-ish. Composition is top-notch.
I can see this doing very well. |

The next generation...by TerramarComment: Ah, at last. After sifting through about 50 entiries finally one that moves me and lifts my spirit.
Beautiful subject and composition and fits the theme perfectly. The only thing I find annoying is that blade of grass on the left.
Hope this does well. |

Bloom 'n Oldby ZippyComment: I like this one. Love the colours, the composition, the DOF, the textures.
Fits the theme very well, one of the better images so far for me. |

She Has Always Loved Yellow Rosesby GolferDDSComment: The contrast between old & new is great but the contrast between the colours is not so good for me. The flower seems lost in a sea of browny-yellow. The old flowers at the bottom are a little distracting.
Would like to see this a bit brighter too. |

Béinchen (1684) & Rout Bréck (1966)by glodaComment: Don't really see the need for the selective desat here, I would have preferred it to me all B&W. Looks blurred in parts, especially around the edges and I can see 'jaggies' on the top bridge. |
