...he loves meby bmartuchComment: I'm of a mixed opinion on the strong magenta in her skin tones. On one hand it makes her look a bit feverish/processed, and on the other hand, it creates a nice visual link to the flower.
Same goes for the hue of her eyes with the flower.
Fortunately there's a fairly heavy hand on the vignetting that makes it obvious that the picture is 'worked on', so it's likely that a good chunk of that is that way because of choice.
I like it a fair bit, but just shy of a 10t. |

Reflection - National Theaterby spidermonkeyComment: That's really cool (tiberius?). It's not just the reflection, it's also the color of the sky and how it matches the colors in the theater. Great stuff (whoever it may be). |

August Lightningby bmartinComment: What amazing colors! (I know I know... "oooh what an amazingly original comment" that's what everybody else said too probably, but it's TRUE!) |

"Kissed by the wind"by magueroComment: IMO, the use of negative space is effective here, but could have been more effective in a full square crop. Why? because the nature of the flower is round, so providing a frame for what 'could' have been there emphasizes what is missing even more. Again that's IMO. And this crop is not uneffective at all. |

Early Trioby MotekComment: had a lot of lag loading this pic. I preferred it with the bottom 10% sliced off as this really put more emphasis on the balloons and the sky. |

Please Play with Meby phiggins24Comment: There's a precious expression in the dog's face. This would be better if it were cropped down to place the dog's eyes on the top third with just a small patch of light in the top right hand corner. This accentuates the eyes/face/expression and would increase the DPC display size. |

Everyday dramaby redpandaComment: Outstanding. To see a spider with prey is one thing, but mantises must move quickly. |

At the encampment's edgeby MilesWComment: excellent capture of mr lion, but would have benefited from one of those 'highly dramatic vignetting' treatments imho. Also a very slight crop down.
