reverbby RKTComment: Drip... drip... drip... this moment in time capture, and frozen, still has the dynamics that were there, then. The waves radiating from each drop, the waves interacting with eachother... superimposing. The light reflecting and refracting... the shadows and highlights... it's a physics experiment being done by nature and you've captured it so well. |

Towards The Withinby CuttoothComment: One of the more traditional type landscape images in the challenge, but it's the little elements that take this from an outstandingly beautiful "landscape" to being an excellent work of art. The lighting is wonderful, as is the detail and composition. I love the people within the image... they add an emotional anchor for the viewer, and makes one wonder about their story, and their connection, if there is or isn't one. Add to all this, the art on the building, and it's connection to one of the people... the intrigue and questions further build... is that Clive? Is he the artist? Excellent work of art. Thank you for sharing this with the world. |

Buddha nature pervades the whole universeby TiberiusComment: You've managed to make an unappealing subject into a beautiful piece of art, with your processing and composition. One wonders why the man is lying on the wall... what was he thinking when he bought those speedos. |

Flaming Treesby kasabaComment: It's Ansel Adams with a difference. It's wonderful. Reminds me of an Australian summer, where bushfires ravage large swathes of land. You've triggered emotion and memory with this wonderful image, which alone makes it art, but you've done with with an aesthetically pleasing image that would look beautiful on a gallery or home wall. |

Contemplating Rothkoby Bear_MusicComment: How very recursive... I'm looking at art depicting someone looking at art. Makes me wonder what they're thinking, and if they'd wonder the same if they saw a photo of me looking at this. Nice composition... the man on the left, also with his hands behind his back, must be looking at something equally fascinating, but we're left to contemplate what it is that has captured his attention. |

The Endless Streamby HalldorIngiComment: One of the more traditional, DPC voter friendly landscapes in the challenge, but the art isn't missing, by any stretch of the imagination. Wonderful composition gives this balance... the detail in the sand is balanced by the blurred clouds... beautiful purples and blues dominate, but the hint of pink and red adds warmth. |

the usual suspectsby NiallOTuamaComment: Beautiful underlying symmetry with the architecture, but the lighting, and the people add a dynamic dimension that takes this from "meh" to "wow". |

A Sense of Scale by namComment: This is a beautiful example of the art of tone and colour. Addition/inclusion of the human element adds an emotion, a warmth. Well done. |

Forsaken by NeatComment: A beautiful image, that would not be out of place on a gallery wall, or on an album cover. |
