Just lovely! The sky, the color of the buildings...aged and golden vs. pristine and perfect white....the more I look at it the happier I feel! I say 9! Any pointers for me? I can get the lights to magically star....but the sky?

Emotional. This image does what I believe is the heart of photography, it conveys feeling. When you look at it and the technique is an afterthought. Most photos I go down the checklist....subject, focus, comp., color, lighting, contrast...etc.; but with this one I like it and feel it FIRST, then as I study it I discover why: the message, the gritty texture, subtle color variation(low saturation)..all of those compliment each other (and work together) to make this image not just a photo...but Art. Nice job, 10.
