An Angels Visitby jenesisComment: really not sure about the title and its relation. However, this shot drew me to comment on first pass. I find it interesting and intriguing. I want to know more - not many of the shots in the challenge lead me there. What is it? Why was it abandoned? The DOF, POV are good. Not too sure about the crop but I have no idea what oyu were working for. I think the color/contrast works well. 7 but will pass a second time. |

Oby Redstreak09Comment: i'm left wondering the significance of the tree since it takes such a commanding position in this image. I found the O! |

knock, knockby nikuserComment: something intriguing about this image. I think for me at least its the colors. You did a great job on that. I like the crop. Wish it wasn't limited to 640 so I could REALLY see the image. |

Overgrown Boarded-up Roofless Forgottenby cheekymunkyComment: Interesting. Looks like sepia was somehow used while leaving the green in tritone maybe? Compositionally this is a little weak but the DOF and focus are good. The border works for this image. 6 for now but will pass again after seeing the others. |

Have a Seatby xonkasComment: A longer DOF would have boosted your score. The chair and the small window, important elements are a tad oof. Compositionally pretty good. You got me to comment on my first pass. this works for me but I can't point you to a specific reason as to why. 6 now, may bump later. |

The Lost Grandeurby kghoshalComment: I think you located this shot perfectly. The viewer is 'led up the stairs into the door. I really like the image but wish it was either a little darker or in black and white instead of sepia. Sky looks a little blown out. 7 |

In The Line of Dutyby JordanZComment: Rule number 1: NEVER hold your flashlight in front of your body - gives the bad guy with a gun somewhere to aim. That said, the image is a touch out of focus, maybe intentional, I don't know. the crop works, not sure about the color treatment done. Her flashlight is not aimed the same place as her gun so I believe this is a set up shot. No points off, just letting you know I noticed. 5 |

Outside the Box...by BudComment: beautiful shot. 7. I would have rated this higher if his head was in the shot. |
