Another Dark & Lonely Storm for Mr. Sharkyby mihaibadicComment: First I went "Ewe!" Then I went, "Huh?" Then I went, "Oh." It definitely made me look ... Going for different isn't always a bad thing, but this was just weird. :)
PS ... Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's just water, right? Turning it to greyscale makes it look gooey, but the drips down the side of the pot tells me it's just water. ??? :) |

Headed Homeby GeneralEComment: I gave this a low score (higher than your average, tho), mainly because I didn't get it. I thought it was a child "headed home". I did get the feeling of poverty, which I connected to the darkness theme. I can imagine it's hard to get a photo of a homeless person. Alone, it's a good photo, but coupled with the other dark photos of this challenge, it didn't really stand out much. However, I think it deserved better than a 3.8. That's just silly! :) |

adfgasdfgadsfgby CamComment: I gave it a 2 ... but now I understand why. :) When I first looked at this, I thought, "OK ... couldn't think of anything else and going for the brown." The funny thing is, for your story on why this got submitted, it still was not the worst and is in fact a pretty good photo! :) Would work well for the "Obsolete" challenge, seeing as how I don't see rabbit ears much anymore. :) |

Howdyby scalvertComment: I just love this! I imagine what's really going on is:
Bear #1 says: "How many human hors 'd oevres for you, sir?"
Bear #2 (your bear): "Five please!"

A new dayby TruegshtComment: Very dark. I'd like to see the original image. Not that I mind grainy, but it's almost too grainy. The reds and hues are great, but I just wish it were a little brighter ... |

Small Town Beautyby AJFIComment: Great use of desat. I can almost see the elder men, sitting on those benches, turning tales of days gone by. Great job! :o) |
