I'm not sure if it's the saturation, but the colors seeem very muted to me. The metal starts to disappear against the wood, and I'd like to see more of a contrast between the two.

Those heat lamps are the best! I like the angle of the shot, and the warmth implied through the colors in the reflector. GE should thank you for such a nice shot of their equipment!

I think this is a really cool photograph, and I love the contrasts of wall and curtain, the image in the mirror, and those perfume bottles. I interpret this photo as the curtains providing the darkness/escape from the sweltering heat. I wish this photo could have more effectively relayed the heat and escape for the theme.
