Since I can't see any hint of a flash, I'm going to assume this was taken at a slow shutter speed. Below 50 perhaps. Colors are nice. Right side of face may be a tad blurry.

Very nice...maybe just a little more exposure on the moving bird's face...I like the static bird in the water. He holds the picture together and gives the moving bird "more life" IMO. 7
