This really stands out from the crowd as far as i'm concerned. Not only does it meet the challenge perfectly, but it speaks volumes to me.

The only suggestion I have would be from a composition perspective. I think it would look better if the caution tape weren't cut off on the right. (8)

I love the expression on the girl's face, it's like she's somewhere else completely. The slight smile playing on her lips is perfect.

The hands blocking part of her face and the white blur near the bottom could not be there, but there's not a whole lot to be done about that :)

I don't see the city life aspect of this and I'm looking forward to reading your comments about it.
