The Boxby vixenComment: I prefer larger photos. You only use 300x350 while you could use 548x640.
This makes it hard to see details. I don't see what is in this box. |

This picture is good but I like the other one better. Specially the colours in it. The only thing that was wrong with the other one IMO is the grainy sky. |

You could use a baking paper and put it in front of the flash light to soften it. That way the feather would not be to bright.
Also alternatively you could just use plain light to light up the feather and turn off the flash on the camera.
