Nice job. I think the 6 defined areas per exposure look great and is something I probably would not have thought of!

I have been wanting to do a similar shot, though more of a dawn till dusk timescale. How many shots would look best is yet to be seen, though I am struggling to find the time, location and weather to attempt this!

Can't bbelieve you got so many sticklers for the rules objecting to the centre composition of the main object.

To me, this is very well balanced, with the yellow light of the ski resort and the white light of the moon being focus points in their own right. The hut in the centre helps to balance these two out very well.
