Kárahnjúkadamby biggisComment: The subject here is interesting, but the area lit on the left is competing with what I believe to be the main subject. I really like the colors in the sky. |

Quite A Lens ! (Infrared)by emilarabComment: This picture grabbed my attention right away. Everything here looks good except the bright side is perhaps a bit too bright. |

Night Cobraby ajgardnerComment: This picture really jumps off the screen. The reflection on the side of the car follows along nicely with the street on the right. Nice job with the sky. The windshield looks a bit dirty but that may just be reflection. |

Negitive Mauveby sherpetComment: This is a fantastic shot and I would have scored it high in the challenge. The purple is great and overpowers the green a bit, but it works well. It would be interesting to see with a bit more color. |

Shooting Star (All Spiced Up)by RebeccaComment: Rikki summed it up well, but I'll add a bit.
I like the glowing blue rice, but would like to see more of it. Your intent may be to have some of it dark, but I'm just giving my opinion.
Also, the entire left of the picture looks "dirty" with the specs. Again, it's just my opinion.
I did not vote low because of the abstract nature of the picture, only for the reasons Rikki and I stated. |

Globalization takes offby arngrimurComment: Great viewpoint and those colors just pop. I can definately see this being on the cover of a magazine. One of my favorites of the challenge. |

Elvis Sighted At Parade!by ClubJuggleComment: I like the way "Elvis" is pointing at the camera. However, the stand he's behind pulls my eyes away from him. It would be really interesting to see this guy dancing! |

Two worlds - One bus stopby timfythetooComment: Technically this is very good. What really makes it work for me is that they do indeed look like they are from two different worlds. How they're sitting, their clothes, and even the tennis ball and umbrella make them seem sooooo different. |

Soccer Bratz Pull Out a Tight Victoryby NeuferlandComment: This looks like's it's [i]already[/] in a newspaper, which I'm guessing was the effect you were going after. I like the composition, but the kids in the background take away from the main subjects. |
