I Dreamed DPC:ers Were Flower Loversby MonaComment: I know from experience how difficult it is to find a nice arrangement and isolate these types of very small flowers, so well done on that score. These are beautiful. The good use of tight DoF and a great composition make the shot. Top stuff. |

I see her in my dreams...by WawaaComment: A decent portrait. Lighting is very nice, though maybe a *little* too dark on the near side of the face. Composition is mostly good apart from the bright area in the top corner which is a distraction.
I do like the candid look and the relaxed/open mouth. Good stuff. |

I dreamed ... every living thing on the planet died and all I had to eat was sandby beamsclanComment: Don't like the title ... so I'll just ignore it : )
Technically very well executed, and quite an interesting shot. The colour variation in the sand that's been thrown up is intuiging in itself. I'm seeing a strange squiggle in the sky behind the man though, and a speck of sensor dust which should be cloned out.
Overall, a "where on earth did this idea come from?" shot (a good thing) with good strong shapes and colours. |

Hero...or...Nightmareby vtruanComment: First thought ... it's tilted.
Seems like a well focused, well exposed image, but the colour treatment is very harsh. Obviously done to create a dreamlike impression, but a bit too "fake" for my tastes. I can't help thinking that a simple black & white or sepia treatment would have worked much better.
Hope somebody managed to save her at the last second : ) |

Dreamin' of Homeby rayg544Comment: I'm surprised this is the first "ghost" I've come across.
A good location for this type of shot, but not the greatest execution. The first thing that I see is the "ghost" with a big post sticking out of its head! I don't know what else is in the area, just out of frame, but it would be worthwhile trying to keep the bright white wall out of frame - as well as hurting the "spookiness" it can't be making the exposure any easier. From what I can see I would have concentrated on the area with the wheels and the dark wall behind as a backdrop.
Nice effort, just needs some work. |

living 2 livesby ZSANNAComment: Wierd as heck, and definitely dreamlike.
This looks very much like a screen-grab from a TV for some reason. I like the strangeness of this, but it needs a stronger focal point. I want to see more of the higher of the two central faces, but there's a lack of detail there, and the two light areas just above are very strong.
Overall, an intruiging image that I do like - I hope to see more experimenting with stuff like this. |

Move toward the light.......by risu81Comment: Nice idea.
Hard to tell what's going on straight away (no bad thing) and the thumbnail looks like those bl**dy rocks in Oregon! The tilted, out of focus lamp works really well. I even like the funky red fringing. There's maybe a little too much dark space at the bottom of the image, but otherwise this is a well composed, suitably dreamlike abstract. Good stuff. |

Falling into oblivionby JinjitComment: First thought ... what the ...?
Probably a bit too much oblivion for me. The blurs on the light areas are very nice, but there's too little of them. |

I dream of the wild.by marboComment: A good sharp shot. Not entirely sure about the composition - including half of the body, but no legs - maybe a portrait crop would suit this better? The highlight of the shot is the face, the expression is superb. |

The End of the Roadby smoon273Comment: Okay, this is wierd!
I like how this makes me think about what I'm seeing, though I feel I'm never going to figure it out. Photographically, the image is very soft with too many blown highlights, but it still leaves a positive impression. |
