It looks like you have a little bit of camera shake. A tripod, or even resting the camera on something for support, would help with this. I'm sure this is only the fourteenth time you've heard this (says someone with a differently-focused photo in Free Study, so I know what I'm talking about here ;)).

Good job lighting this -- excellent detail and an original use of the challenge. (also, thanks for making me crave ice cream.). If i had to nitpick, I might say that I think a straight profile might have been even more effective than the slightly angled one here.
