For herby AranchaComment: One would expect a warm reception for flower & "vase." A most alluring concept. |

Ibiscusby Rino63Comment: My favorite flower at sunset or any time of the day, even if it is "misspelled." ;) (Ibis=Bird...Hibiscus=Flower) Overall a very nice macro of the stamen. |

Fire Flowerby KelliComment: A "direct hit" on title & execution! Abstract "whispers" and large negative space greatly enhance the purpose as well as give the effect of Independence Day fireworks low in the sky, especially since I am grading this on July 4th. I suspect the short width may cause some deductions of points which is what I must do to be consistent. (Overall, I would have given a 6, but size turns it into a 5.) :( |

The Narcissistic Valentine by CutterComment: I love the concept, My Friend. This is a "Slam Dunk" 10 in my book! You are tops, Dude! Hilarity, Creativity, "Pushing-the-envelope" will always get high marks from me. These qualities show that you are childlike (i.e. ALIVE!!!!) on the inside.
It is my humble opinion that unhappy childhoods cause adults who are too often serious. KEEP on spreading the JOY! :) |

StreetVibesby Nikonian NinjaComment: Great feel of city life! The gentleman is a great subject, too.
You may want to try a similar photo in which there is "negative space" between the subject & any "background individuals." (The lady almost protrudes from the man's arm.)
However, moving your stance to the left & widening your Field of Vision to include all of the lady, you could have a three-point-draw pulling you eyes through the photo. ( Car-Far Away Center, Lady-Near Left, Subject-Front Right.)
You could, also, move around to your right to place "background Lady"-Right & Subject-Left. Hope that helps! Be Blessed! :) |
