Sorry, but I see no panning in this shot. If you had waited until the skier was passing by you it would have been a better shot. As it is, the skier is coming toward you and the camera appears to be still.

Would have given you a better score if you had used shallow DOF to make the bird the focal point and the cat out of focus in the background. As it is, your attention is drawn to the cat (technically not wildlife).
