LITTLE TOO MUCH SATURATION. TONE IT DOWN A LITTLE TO HELP KEEP THE SKY BELIEVABLE. I PROBABLY WOULD CONTRAST MASK OUT THE SKY TO GIVE THE FOREGROUND THE DESIRED PUNCH WITHOUT MAKING THE SKY LOOK TOO BLUE.

Excellent photograph for your business card. However, I have learned that you should print out a test card to see if your info can be read. It appears that your font is too small. I can imagine you are trying to keep your text away from the important features of the photograph, but if they can't read your name - it does not matter how good your card looks.

It looks like you have plenty of room around the child's shoulder, so I would increase the font...just a suggestion.
