The more I looked at this the more I liked it and I gave it a 9. Personally I think the soft focus/slight blur adds to the sense that something is about to happen. Its as though even the leaves are shuddering and your Waldo is quivering in anticipation. I like what you did with this and think it was underrated. I'm adding it to my favorites. :)

I'm not sure I like where you placed the sun in your composition. I don't think the sun itself is your subject and its placement makes it a distraction from the other more interesting things going on in the photo.

nice contrast of color and exposure. I think I'd like it better though if you cropped the top so the moon and star weren't there. It would make the photo feel more balanced and I wouldn't be distracted by them.
