Really beautiful capture of this little girl, perfect moment and connection with her. I love the energy and playfulness in her eyes and you've caught that really well. The commenters pointed out the fact that this kind of border just doesn't help here, and in fact usually makes your score much worse, the border may help manage the very bright area on her hair, hard to know the best way to go with that. Your processing - imo - is ok, it looks a bit over saturated, a bit of a color cast and I think a bit soft on her eyes. But the important thing here is you've really captured her very well. NIcely done,

Agree with Don, this is a great shot, lots of emotion and feeling here. From a technical standpoint, the bright light on her hand and the cat tends to take away from the real subject here which is the girl. I like the vignetting that you've done to enhance her.
