A Pine Coneby WILDBLUEComment: Sorry I don't find the pinecone to be tacky as a matter of fact they are part of the real Christmas Tree. Technically this is beautiful, just doesn't fit my book as tacky but worth a 5 for the overall merit. |

Hang in Thereby jpb323redComment: LOL you could use that for the tackiest Christmas Decoration, too. I have one of those ornaments too but it won't stay in one spot it keeps moving. =o) Thanks for the smile. |

Old Red Barnby RemingtonComment: Critique Club
Very nice definately fits the challenge well has a very simple feeling to it. I'm not sure if it is the clouds swirl that is distracting but I feel like I am in Kansas and waiting for the twister to touch down and pick up the barn at any minute. No matter what though it is a good photo and you did well with it. Just think the clouds took it from simple to where you are looking for for more. |

It does make for a very interesting and appealling entry in the shapes challenge. The lines and curves are very appealling. Your only downfall are the strings are slightly soft. This is definately a very nice relaxing photo and well done. |

Ordinary Shelves in a New Lightby jaimeegrlComment: Critique Club
As for shapes it does meet the challenge but the photo lacks depth and demension, its just to flat. The only shadow visable isn't balanced out and appears to be lost in the black. It does make for a decent abstract even with its faults. |

Training Groundsby alanfreedComment: Very nice photo, could improve slightly by cropping off some of the right side and showing more to the front and left of the engine. |
