I think the posing is good, but the face seems underexposed.

This feels wrong to criticize such accomplished photographers!

Well you certainly nailed the focus :)
I like how the hair conceals the right eye, thereby drawing the focus to the left. I also like the compliments of the green/orange of the shirt/background.

I guess my only criticism would be the somewhat flat lighting, but that was out of your control. I guess her skin really is that perfect!

I like the use of B&W in this one. I love the contrast and the vignetting is lovely and subtle. The arm/elbow sticking out of his head is a bit off-putting though :)

Can you see one of the scarecrows in the background, or is that a person? I think you've done a a good job given the tricky lighting conditions - if you're out in a field and want to take a shot, it's difficult to just 'magic' some shade out of no-where :)
