No pain no gainby lizardbethComment: CC: This has a good story going for it - a begining, middle and end that work effectively for the triptych theme. You've brought some humor into it with the last shot too which works well too.
Compositionally I think the first frame is maybe too late - with the subject walking out of the frame, it might have been more easily identifiable if you'd been to the front of the model, and captured the full sports club title. The second shot is great and the third is nicely composed too, particularly with the millar sign in the frame.
All of the shots seem a bit underexposed and/or a bit poorly lit though that's hard to control in these kinds of circumstances. A good entry. |

Blues in the Nightby crabappl3Comment: It's upside down! Very spooky/ threatening. I feel like the aliens are landing.
I like the small blue glints at the top of the shot too. |

X-ray frames by kiwinessComment: Just come back to look at this and want to say again how excellent it is. Have to admit that it took several viewings before I even realised that this was more than 3 shots - you've preserved the reality within the illusion really well. |

Bainbridge Islandby mzanoniComment: Looks like a great landscape, shame about the ferry in the way! The mountains and pink sky make this stand out - good entry. |

Edinburgh Castle - Scotlandby agwrightComment: Great subject to work with. Think this could be improved by shooting at a different time of day though. The sky is not very interesting and there is a lot of shadows.
Either that or you could have moved the castle higher in the sky to get rid of some of the blue. Would be great with a sunset/ sunrise though (fireworks being a bit hard to ask for with 1 weeks notice...) |
