Country Boyby dacrazyrnComment: Lovely late sun tones and a nice balance between foreground and background. The sharper focus is on his shirt takes your eye from his face but it is still an attractive portrait. |

Krissieby vtruanComment: This is a lovely picture, nicely lit. Perhaps it would have been better (really great) without the picture hanging on the wall in the background. Maybe you had to put the speed up to meet the lighting conditions, so there is a little chromatic noise but it doesn't detract - NeatImage would remove it if it bothered you! |

Photographer Revealedby spydrComment: Grim and spooky but I guess that is what was intended. The green eye is a neat touch, as is the soft focus. |

The Station Masterby trainComment: Quite a formal portrait, well lit especially considering the challenge of shadows from the peaked hat. The sepia works well - perhaps the background would have been less intrusive if it was further away but it is a nice study anyway. |

Portraitby TiberiusComment: Hello there! What a lovely expression - gentle soft focus enhances, so does the hair blowing in the wind, lending a natural look, nicely lit too. |

Contemplating parallel linesby lwkimagesComment: Nice play on the current challenges. Like the use od sepia to emphasise the thougtful pose and the sharp focus to fix attention on the subject - good clean background. |

HOW YOU DOINGby TLL061Comment: I wonder what this says about the subjct? The over the shoulder pose is a good idea and the background is nicely out of focus. Maybe the large amount of background doesn't add much to the portrait and a tighter crop would help? |

Jessamynby hopperComment: Nice lighting, lovely skin tones, attractive portrait. The unusual aspect ratio is challenging and I can't make up my mind about it and maybe the border interferes. never mind, the overall effect is great. |

Playfulby TommyMoe21Comment: Black on black - I like it. Nice pose and great use of loads of negative space. Lighting on the face and hair are good. |
