The composition has a few distracting elements, including the structure on the left and the wires across the bottom. The lighting on the truck seems flat compared to the bright highlights on the ground and in the background.

While the image captures energy, it has more of a snapshot feeling than a photo which stands out on its own. The decapitated adults in the background and pieces of banner in the foreground add contribute to the snapshot feeling.

Unique perspective on the poppy. Before reading the title, I was trying to see it as a balloon or something with water pouring out of it (I just woke up so that might also have something to do with it). Nice bokeh as well.

Though most likely done in humor, the subject of this hits a little too close for home for me to find it entertaining or appealing. Perhaps it's the calm expression on the man's face. Sorry, just my personal reaction. And while an emotional reaction to a photo is good, I'm thinking my reaction might not be the one you were intending.
