Displacementby HarveyGComment by sukuriant: This needs to be a motivational poster. The frozen action is great! The colors, too :)
What's that line in the background? |

Inline Waterslide by HarveyGComment by OmanOtter: Very nice. I haven't really tried any macro. Oh, and as for the people who gave you 1s. They are referred-to here as "trolls." You'll see some of the most wonderful pics that get 1s. Sometimes I wonder if it's someone who thinks they have a shot at a ribbon voting other good ones down. 1+1=3!by HarveyGComment by OmanOtter: This is hilarious! It reminds me of a water color my wife and I have on the wall entitled "Menage a Trois." The artist painted a bed from the same perspective as this photo with two pairs of feet pointing up as in the third of your three photos and the face of a Labrador Retriever peeking out from under the sheets between the two pairs of feet and facing the artist/viewer. I've wanted to submit a photo version of that painting for years but have never done it. Really nice. I will comment, however, that it is unfortunate that in picture #2, only one set of feet are moving! |

Displacementby HarveyGComment by BJokerud: I really like the colors on your entry. Good capture, and the largest frame I've ever seen at dpc somehow enhance the photo. But overall, it looks like a perfect shot of someone that just hit the water from a high jump, I can't get the science feel from it (then again, who am I to say that with the entry I have...). I believe 6 is a good compromise. I can't get the science feeling, but your kickassphoto shoehorns its way in, eh?. |
