Shadow Glassby darylbrownComment by jmsetzler: This is nice! i wonder what it would have looked like done in color and filled with a colored liquid? Maybe red or blue? The only part of this image that I don't care for is the 'corner' in the background... good shot! - jmsetzler |

Shadow Glassby darylbrownComment by langdon: Cool idea, but you need to work on your lighting... the text on the glass is glared out and the left side is a bit over exposed. |

Shadow Glassby darylbrownComment by sheyingshi88: Ahhhhh, finally a shadow photo in which someone used focus, DOF, and exposure to tell a story. I had been feeling a little guilty giving low scores, and it makes me feel good to award your entry. |

Shadow Glassby darylbrownComment by chariot: Cool. Since your subject should be the shadow it might have been nicer if you increased your DOF to put the shadow in focus as well. That or maybe just focus on the shadow. |

Shadow Glassby darylbrownComment by ClubJuggle: Wow! I love how you can read the name in the shadows. Also, this didn't affect my scoring but there are major compression artifacts here. Your image is only a little over 11K. In the future you may wish to save at a higher quality to get a better image. |

Ponderingby darylbrownComment by Gordon: bit too dark - she seems like a good subject - good expression. Could have been better vertical ? |

Ponderingby darylbrownComment by Patella: I like the pose, and even though things seem a little soft, I like that too. However, I'm pretty sure that monitor calibration differences or not, the skin tones in this picture need to be brighter. As for composition, I either would suggest moving her a little bit further to the right, or maybe turning this into a vertical shot. |
