You Pick the Texture?by TracyComment by myqyl: All of these products are good choices for texture... I think it would have been more interesting to show more of that texture by coming in closer... For instance, the cotton balls in the back have great texture, but the bag they are in doesn't really have that much. Maybe you should try taking a few out of the bag, putting them on the sand paper (after taking that out of it's package) and take as close up a shot as you can of them... It would be interesting to see this as a before/after post on the forums after the challenge is over. But that's just me... |

You Pick the Texture?by TracyComment by BeeGee: white wins ;-) did you try this with less jpeg compression (larger file)? might give you more detail and thus visible texture. 4 beegee |

You Pick the Texture?by TracyComment by karmat: Hehehehehehe. Good use of humor, and good capture of texture. I think since the toilet paper is the brightest, I would have put it in the middle and built the others around it. karmat |

You Pick the Texture?by TracyComment by FranziskaLang: you are pushing your work off on me - picking the texture was YOUR assignment this week! ;) seriously, while the idea is a funny one, the photo itself doesn't do much for me, the items look kind of thrown together. lighting and focus is fine though. -- gr8photos (4) |

You Pick the Texture?by TracyComment by LindaLee: Certainly meets the challenge of texture, but I don't like the composition, and think that some of the items would have been better arranged without the "wrappers" . |

You Pick the Texture?by TracyComment by rjhawkin: Very interesting layout. A difuser would have softend the glare from the glossy steel wool bag. Have you ever had any of the stuff on the right that was better suited to the center and left uses? |
