One thing that gets me about your shot is. {Charlie} eyes, both eyes are close to power points of the thrid, but seeing your reflection kills it, just should see the dogs eyes. It is about the pet. Also maybe tighter crop, right below the dogs chin, maybe 10 or 20 percent. I think this will leave a fair amount of contrast on such a white shot.

Nice image, some more dramatic lighting would help. Try shooting at sunrise or sunset.

Because the lower part of the image (the woman and the bags) is a billboard at Heathrow airport. That is someone else's photo/artwork. The only addition by Artan is the upper part with the wall and the processing.
