I don't like the shadow that is cast over the middle of pencil and the ends of the pencil seem out of focus. I do like the idea of a bent pencil and am curious to know how you did it.

	chasing its tail by owennnn Comment by glyndour: The idea is good, but it takes work to determine the subject is a pencil at all. I would suggest brightening the image a bit so that the subject is not mostly obscured.
