I remember you taking this shot, and Kavey shouting about the bird :o) Coincidentally, this is the same building as the one in my entry! Good shot overall, but might have benefitted from a bit more postprocessing, esp focus and levels (the bird is a bit blurred, and the colours could be a tad richer).

I like the shapes - the semicircle of the bushes, the strong lines of the steps, columns and bench. And I like the feeling of contemplation/ rest.

I like the lonely feel of this type of shot. I do think the bottom crop could of been better along with the slight tilt to the right.
