This is a bit more contrasty than I like - gives me a headache if I look at it too long. You might also try cropping a bit moe of the foreground to emphasize the more dramatic aspects of the image.

Awwwww. . . he is SO CUTE. I love it that he's in a different setting than just on a river bank or floating around in the water. This is nice. He's all by himself, posing on the boulders. Nice job!

Good composition! I like the difference in texture between the feathers and the rocks. There is just a touch of noies/hazing in the photo, but not too much. Detail on the duck looks pretty clear. Playing with Levels might help bring out some of the darker and lighter spots and really make this photo pop!

I thought when the challenge was announced that I would be seeing many photos with the same concept as yours. To be honest I wasn't looking forward to it, but your image displays a elegant class that I wasn't expecting. I quite enjoyed your image. Great work.
