. The sky in the background is totally blown out,
. The image looks like it was taken at high noon,
. The shadows cast by the head covering make the poor man look like he is suffering from some horrible rash,
. The colour of the left shoulder of the man's jacket is very harsh, and lastly,
. The image is totally devoid of Bokeh.

To be honest I'm not sure what the frame is or what it is framing. Seems more a picture of a row of trees. Please don't take that as a rude statement, as it is intended in good spirit.
