Breaking Through - WK08by DJWoodwardComment by SandyP: I can't believe you didn't love this right off. I love it! It has such simple lines for a landscape -- and such a dramatic sky. What else do you need for a stunning photograph! I'm sure glad you shared it with us. It definitely resonates with me!

Breaking Through - WK08by DJWoodwardComment by fixedintime: I like it. You have used the rule of thirds very effectively in this image. The light in the upper right give it a focus and draws me to the rest of the image. Very well done and well processed.

the beams of light coming down though the clouds are awesome, like the are attentionally highlighting that group of trees |

Winter Light - WK07by DJWoodwardComment by annig: Hi NH!! Greetings from the sticks of VT!! Definitely you caught the angles and shadows of the beautiful winter light so well! I don't love the stumo @ dead center, i think it dimishes the excellent angles of the bg trees which so good, and all that lovely light and shadows...very nice! |

Winter Light - WK07by DJWoodwardComment by pineapple: You captured the snowiness of snow and the winteryness of winter. To capture these fleeting characteristics of objects, materials, and even seasons is an art. This is a fine image. I learn something here for sure. |

Mill Town Morning - WK05by DJWoodwardComment by wickee_one: Nice crisp image and detail in the building in the foreground. I like the way the light falls across the building. I think lighting up the snow a bit would add a nice bit of contrast. |
