I love the feel of this. A tad busy. What if you cropped tight, with the mom's fingers and lace out of site, with just her and the baby's face filling the frame? Nice lighting and focus on this one.

try a different angle..
The composition takes away the "liveliness" of the photo..
This photo should portray joy and love .. but a shot from the top of the head doesn't really show that..

The technique is good .. but not the composition..
Keep in mind the story you want to tell.. :)

the white is a little overblown..
I detected a little photoshop here..
cause the hair is really sticking out at the back..
and the white background is a little patchy..

You've been blessed with good-looking kids! I do like this, too. I think that you have a knack for creating natural poses. I would crop the bottom of this, too, for a tighter shot of her face.
