One of the best in the whole challenge. It's a perfect E, and was clearly accidental. One of my tops picks for the challenge!

good conversion to b/w - the contrast and shapes really show through - with that, the cropping is a bit too tight for my taste around the edges of the image - especially on the backside of the E

Hi Tanja,

Am a big fan of your lighting control.
All your shots have excellent lighting and exposure:
*ps. Love this shot!

*ps. Love this shot!

The same goes for this shot. However, the presentation of the shot makes the leaves stand out too much! It takes the attention away from the prawns.
Try adding the edge of a plate and tilting the angle a little. Lose some of the focus on the leaves.

On the whole, it's technically a good shot!.

Cheers
Eric

Superb shot. Very good execution.
what i like is the cleaver use of space at the bottom of the photo. It gives the dripping "blood" a sense of suspense. Well done!

Hungry already! Very nice presentation, might be a bit more interesting if the last shrimp in the line were displayed to see the curl of the body. I am thinking of how some specialty sushi rolls come with the last slice oriented differently than the rest of the roll with the tail of the shrimp sticking up. Just a thought.
