I like it. Good eye, catching this opportunity and placing what appears to be a diner waitress holding a cigarette, something you wouldn't see here in California. First I was thinking it was a "Well?" gesture, but I think it's examining the tip jar. It's good the focus is on the woman rather than the jar but the writing is still legible.

This pic is a little creepy, so if that's what you were going for then it works! It's hard to make out that the jar says "tip." At first, I just thought I was looking at somebody with strange Halloween makeup on.
