Thanks for all the great comments. When I shot this I didn't notice the edge of the bench being out of the frame, I wish I did because it annoys me too. Ahh well chalk that up as another learning experience from DPC.

Greetings from the Critique Club. Congratulations on your first place ribbon. Being the son of an obese father I know and feel this all to well. This is a splendid photo, nice composition, DOF, and colors. What really makes it stand out is the sad truth about it and that this is a real problem. Great capture and good luck in future challenges.
