I'm not sure if just having the subject (silhoutte of the building) centred horizontally is enough. Especially in this case where it creates a lot of dead space.

I like the rays of lights and the mood created by the shades of colour. Perhaps not the best perspective of the building either with the turrets overlapping each other.

The in-focus and most interesting part (the head) is off centre which is a shame. A little more head-on and this would have been really good in this challenge.
