A Conversationby glad2badadComment: What a touching critter-to-human interaction. It is a sweet shot, but, forgive me, personally I have the impression that the "line" is a huge distraction. Perhaps if the fence had been captured as coming from either lower corner it would have been more effective? Because of the heaviness and centeredness of the fence line, I can award this no more than a four. I hope in the future you are able to capture the interaction of these two again because there appears to be some genuine whispering going on there. |

The Endby PhocalComment: I wonder how this would have looked with a portrait orientation - where more of the leaf could have built a longer, stronger line? Still, there is a nice terminal point and the added interest of the snail. Five from me. |

Morning on the Canalby chaliceComment: For my personal taste, there is just a tad too much flare, but, most certainly, the leading lines are strong and effective. Seven from me. |

nicheby skewsmeComment: From the thumbnail, I thought this would be too discordant with limbs going every which way, but once opened and I saw the bird, it settled into a lovely organic harmony. A most complimentary texture and the vignette makes the center shine. Quite stunning actually. Ten from me. |

bwstreetby KathycComment: When I saw those numbers on the mailbox, I reared back and adjusted my glasses! My road is very similar to this and just add a zero to make the numbers on mailbox. >>play Twighlight Zone music here<<
Seems like we rural folks are at a disadvantage when it comes to 'street photography' but each of us gave it a go. Valiant effort. |
