It seems a bit noisy and over-sharpened, so you might want to try to get more light on the shot, or just play with your f-stops until you either blur out or blacken out the background. But I like this shot as it is too and it meets the challenge nicely. Good job! |

Waiting for the Sunby m--EComment: This was probably the most interesting shot of the challenge for me. Better lighting would have probably improved it a bit, but who wants to lug lights out to their deck in the rain? :-) But even with natural light, this is a really excellent photo. Great job. |

Batter Up!by L1Comment: Ha! I thought that ball looked glued on! :-) Still, I can't imagine why this photo didn't place higher. I had picked it for a ribbon, but that's not the firt time I've been wrong. Really great idea - hope to see lots more just like it in future contests. |

Apprehensionby e301Comment: This photo doesn't really scream "waiting' but I like it a lot. I've tried taking similar photos, but they haven't come out as nice and as sharp as this one. The desaturation looks great as well. Really nice job. |
