Leaving It All Behindby dsidwellComment: Love this shot! The lines are so dramatic that I think the transparent matte actually detracts a bit. You might want to try just a plain solid matte, or, if you want to extend the image into the matte, maybe you could make it black and then overlay just the veins of the leaf without any of the green, or some variant of that idea. Regardless, beautiful image - congrats! |

All Mimsy Were the Borogrovesby JesuispeureComment: Beautiful shot! We have a couple of tea whisks at home (which is the only reason I recognize this shape) and now I'm going to spend the rest of the day trying to take a picture as good as this one. I won't succeed, but thanks for the idea. :-) |

Painting the Corners by toddheadComment: Excellent photo idea. That frame is a bit much, but this is a fun trick. Wish I had thought of it. :-) |

Serendipity after rain by gwsallenComment: Absolutely beautiful photo. I think the gold matte takes attention away from the subject. You might want to go with just simple white and black. But that has nothing to do with the initial picture, which is extremely well done. Nice job! |

palmby GinaRothfelsComment: This is a really nice shot. It might be even more interesting if you crop out the bottom 15-20% of the image to remove the lawn. Nice job! |
