homesteadby ralphComment: Neat sky, love the limbs against it, but not enough emphasis on the "buildings", if that's what they are. |

Door that's closed for everby tiki28Comment: I like this picture, but I find the twigs in the foreground distracting. Your contrast seems a bit off - the picture is murky. I don't like the perfect glass globe amidst all the decay. The thing I find most interesting in this picture is the ironwork on the door. Perhaps a different composition would help that stand out more. |

OLD SHEDby pookey83Comment: I think the idea of a sepia tint works well with old buildings, but I don't think you've got the tint quite right, or you don't have enough contrast in your picture to give it the kick that people will be looking for. |

Defeatby cadbikeComment: I really like this picture. It looks as though you used a bit too much neatimage, but I like the emotions and the compassion you've captured here. |

the mexicanby chusterComment: Too funny! I like the mystical background and would have liked to have seen just the foremost tree against that fogginess, but I did get a laugh out of your Mexican. Oh, and BTW, your power lines are showing :) |

Phantom of the Operaby amusekingComment: I do like how her dress trails away to make her seem like a genie. Her face does appear to be a bit overexposed. |

Rocky 1by SteveJComment: Good choice of title, but lighting and composition in the picture leave me uninspired. |

Pretty in Pinkby leanneComment: Train of thought: Picture works well with the title, but lighting is harsh and flat. Cropping and composition are a little off as well - if I apply the rule of thirds, I see that the hand appears to be your main subject. But the hand is out of focus, which leaves me searching for the focal point (the lips?) by following the line of the hand and lipstick tube. However, the lips are nearly out of the picture and have a funny little gap. Hope this helps :) |

Psychoby kevrobertsonComment: Gah! Another woody! But, this is funny and you've got a good mood here with the lighting. |
